IVAN DODI WESONGA
Ivan is a distinguished Legal Expert and Business Strategist in the Oil and Gas industry, with extensive experience in Legal; Corporate Governance; Risk Management & Internal Controls; Personnel Management; Mergers & Acquisitions – that saw him play a pivotal role in the acquisitions of Chevron and GAPCO by Total in Uganda. Ivan is skilled in driving business strategies and understands the Legal and Corporate business frame work in the Oil and gas industry in East Africa.
Ivan has held a number of Management and Leadership positions in various organizations notably: – Company Secretary, Head of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited and Chevron Uganda Limited.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Makerere university, Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center Uganda as well as Masters in Business Administration (Finance) and is a Member of the East African Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.
FRANK GODFREY ODYEK
Frank is an Entrepreneurial and Business Development expert with a profound understanding of financial management and has a proven and tested track record ofgenerating and implementing new business concepts as well as building sustainable business synergies.
A qualified accounting, financial, marketing and business development executivewith great understanding of accounting and financial principles with demonstratedabilities in budgeting, investments, business analysis and management skills thatguarantee business ventures are successful and absolute.
He is a Skilled and persuasive negotiator who combines enthusiasm, knowledge, and stakeholder engagement in identifying and building mutually beneficial businessrelationships.
O’BRIEN TINDIMWEBWA
O’Brien is a distinguished field logistics and operations expert with more than adecade of hands on experience with a reputable health and safety record in the Oiland Gas industry. He has extensive technical knowledge in Lifting, heavy goodsvehicles, equipment operations, maintenance and management.
O’Brien has worked with various Oil and Gas subcontractors in the East Africanregion ranging from exploration to production.
He served as a rig move superintendent at PR Marriott Mozambique and Oil Fieldmovers Ltd–Kenya where he was in charge of all field operations associated with rigmoves, Equipment and logistics mobilisation and movement as well as fieldpersonnel management.
O’Brien was the operations manager Regis Uganda Ltd where he provided over sight to the Organisation’s operations department, planning and management of labour &equipment, tendering, mobilisation and deployment of equipment over the EastAfrican Region, fleet maintenance and management.
He also served as operations manager East African crane/ORTEC in charge of all operational functions that included equipment, personel and HSEQ.
Obrien Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Makerere universityKampala; International General Certificate- Occupational Safety and Health- NEBOSHUK, LEEA – Lifting Equipment General Advanced Programme, Appointed BS7121-Lifting Supervisor certification, Planning of lifting Operations, GMK/RT Grove Cranes-Familiarization among others.
