Because of the nature and laws governing the oil and gas industry, we have organized our operations right from the operational ground level in the Albertine and other regions (Bulisa, Nwoya, Masindi, Hoima, Kikuube, Pakwach) and the surrounding districts to the corporate level at our head office in Kampala. This has enabled us to follow the stipulated guidelines on the oil and gas National content by the regulator (Petroleum Authority of Uganda).
Our Personnel Management Services function is handled by industry experts directly supervised by our CEO who is highly experienced in this field.
He served as the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs and Company secretary at TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited where he worked for over a decade before taking over at Zetta Energy as team Leader. He is supported by a team of similarly experienced personnel within the industry who have worked both in and outside Uganda on substantial Oil and Gas projects.
